
NiSlip™ 515
NiSlip™ 515 is a high speed process to produce a coating of submicron PTFE particles uniformly dispersed throughout a hard electroless nickel matrix. The plating rate is two to three times conventional EN-PTFE systems! The percentage of PTFE in the coating is typically 20-25% by volume, but can be varied depending on the requirements of each application.
