NiSLIP™ 510 NiSLIP™ 510 is a coating of submicron PTFE particles uniformly dispersed throughout a hard electroless nickel matrix. The percentage of PTFE in the coating is typically 20-25% by volume, but can be varied depending on the requirements of each application. The coating features a medium phosphorous (NiSLIP™ 510) electroless nickel matrix that is useful in most applications. In applications requiring even higher corrosion resistance, the high phosphorous version of this coating, NiSLIP™ 520, is recommended. NiSLIP™ 510 provides numerous benefits including:
